ROLAND JP-08 SYNTHESIZER |
||||||||||
(11/5/15) This is the stand I made for our new "Roland JP-08" synthesizer. It took me about 2-hours to cut, bend, file the edges, and glue 4 pieces of rubber on the bottom corners. All with no metal-cutting or metal-bending tools. I used a nail and a pair of heavy-duty scissors to "etch" into the metal, in order to score it deep enough to bend it with my hands and a hammer. So it would break where I needed to cut it. |
||||||||||
This started as a 12" by 24" sheet of metal. |

The photo on the left is looking down from the stand's right side. Here, you can see the brown rubber "foot" on the stand's front-right corner. The clear, rubber tube on the stand's back-right corner can barely be seen. |

The photo on the right is looking straight-on. Here, I turned the JP-08 "on". Notice its orange lights along the bottom edge and each Slider also lit with an orange light. |
